Pilates People is a women-owned boutique studio in the heart of Chelsea/Meatpacking in NYC. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, fun, curious, movement-motivated home for all the bodies. Our method is based on Joseph Pilates’ ideas, teachings and original choreography, but we allow ourselves the freedom to bring Pilates into the modern world of science, anatomy and movement medicine.
